On September 24, 2009 the Department of English and the Master of Fine Arts Program in Creative Writing at Virginia Commonwealth University celebrated the awarding of the Twelfth Annual Levis Reading Prize to Katie Ford for her book Colosseum . Terry Oggel, VCU English Department Chair, introduced the evening and Kathleen Graber spoke in memory of Craig Arnold, who was a finalist for the Levis Prize. Then Gregory Donovan and Kathleen Graber introduced Katie Ford, who read poems from Colosseum , as well as a few unpublished poems.
