Inge Pedersen

Inge Pedersen (1936–2018) made her literary debut in 1982 with the poetry collection Leve med kulden , which was followed by Sejlads på en ø ( 1985) and Simultan (1988). In 1992 she published Berørt , a collection of short stories. Pedersen’s debut novel Måneår was published in 1996. She also published the novels Anden frekvens (1999), Og halsen af en svane (2006), and Til Amerika ( 2010), as well as the poetry collection Den trettende måned ( 2000), and the short story collection Et lille stykke left (2003). Her final book was the novel Vejen går gennem luften (2018). In 2005, Oberlin College Press published The Thirteenth Month , a collection of some of Inge Pedersen’s poems translated by Marilyn Nelson.
