Shirley Stephenson

Shirley Stephenson is an ER nurse in Chicago, Illinois. She previously worked in international health care, living outside of the United States. She is a 2005 Illinois Arts Council Artists Fellowship Award recipient. Her poems have appeared recently in The Southern Review and DIAGRAM , and work is forthcoming in The Gettysburg Review .
