Michelle Brafman

Michelle Brafman is an award-winning filmmaker and writer. Her stories have been published or are forthcoming in The Minnesota Review , Gargoyle , Fifth Wednesday Journal , Bellevue Literary Review , The Los Angeles Review , Literary Mama , and numerous other journals and anthologies. She is a winner of the F. Scott Fitzgerald Short Story Award and the Lilith Magazine Fiction Prize. Her fiction has been nominated for a Pushcart Prize and for inclusion in Best New American Voices 2009 . She teaches creative writing at the George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
