Meghan O’Rourke

Meghan O’Rourke’s first full-length book of poems, Halflife , was published by W.W. Norton in 2007. Her poetry has appeared in The New Yorker , The New Republic , The Kenyon Review , and Poetry . She has been recognized by the Union League Civic and Arts Foundation and recently received the May Sarton Poetry Prize. A widely published critic, O’Rourke frequently contributes to The New York Times Book Review and serves as culture critic for Slate .
