Jade Chang

Jade Chang is the author of the novel The Wangs vs. the World (Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, 2016), which won the VCU James Cabell First Novelist Award in 2017. Chang is the author of a guidebook titled art/shop/eat: Los Angeles (W.W. Norton, 2005). She is a recipient of the Sundance Fellowship for Arts Journalism and the AIG Winterhouse Award for Design and Criticism. Chang worked as a researcher for the J. Peterman Company, as the West Coast editor for Metropolis , and was on the editorial team for Goodreads.
